Job Title

A dynamic Acquisition Manager position supporting a top-tier real estate investment team.

  • Participate in underwriting and analysis of high-value real estate deals.
  • Prepare and submit LOIs, manage deal documents, and track approvals efficiently.
  • Coordinate due diligence and support loan document submissions.
  • Manage closing processes and transaction timelines effectively.
  • Track construction budgets, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Source and manage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communications.
  • Support site oversight and execution of development tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and track expenses for seamless reporting.
  • Develop budget summaries and provide valuable insights to investors.
  • Organize financial data and maintain clear reporting systems.
  • Provide direct administrative support to leadership: managing meetings, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Monitor progress on key projects and follow up on deliverables.
  • Maintain efficient systems for document management, communication, and project execution.
  • Conduct research and assist with ad hoc operational needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination.
  • Understanding of construction budgeting, deal analysis, and closing processes.
  • Solid experience with bookkeeping, reporting, and financial organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Able to balance strategy with execution – supporting executive leadership directly.
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets (residential, commercial, or self-storage a plus).
  • Fluent in English and experienced with U.S. real estate timelines and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with real estate due diligence (leases, permits, financials, etc.).
