Support Specialist for SAP SD and MM

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team and provide support for SAP SD and MM systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving AMS incidents, providing clarifications on SD knowledge, and interacting with business users.

  • Resolving AMS Incidents in SAP SD, MM and Brazil Nota fiscal related
  • Providing clarifications about SD knowledge and interaction with business users
  • Providing feedback for Infosys SAP Lead
  • Understanding Diageo Specific localization process and documenting the same

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as an SAP SME on Diageo Brazil localization process and providing support to various stakeholders including business users, third-party vendors, and IT teams. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating with these stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they will have advanced knowledge of SAP SD and MM, as well as experience with AMS projects.
