Senior Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our team. As a Senior Technical Architect, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and roadmap for assigned projects. You will have the autonomy to craft your own roadmap and create challenging yet achievable projects that foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.

• You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges at a strategic level.

• You will generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within the solution architecture discipline.

• You will design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• You will select and integrate cutting-edge technologies (hardware, software, cloud) to build robust and efficient solutions.

• You will develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing solution effectiveness.

• You will lead presentations and discussions, effectively defending your proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You will collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designed solutions.

• You will identify opportunities for optimization within existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency.

• You will stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, actively evaluating and integrating them into your solution strategy.

• You will mentor junior Solution Architects and share your expertise by contributing to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical role.

• Hands-on experience with Webflow, ReactJS, and Node.js.

• 3-5 years of experience in solution design and implementation, with expertise in a specific domain.

• A proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex technical projects.

• Mastery of a broad range of technical skills relevant to the role, including cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security.

• A strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches within the solution architecture field.

• A strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

• An exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and consider long-term implications.

• Experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for web projects.

• Certification in solution architecture is a plus.

• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

• A strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.

• An ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and solutions.

• Experience with automation and orchestration tools.

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide technical teams.

• An ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
