Lead Software Developer

Key Responsibilities
  • Own major projects from start to finish, working independently and collaboratively with product and design teams.
  • Write production code, influence architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers as we grow.
  • Drive technical initiatives from design to delivery, drive architectural decisions, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level role.
  • Strong full-stack skills (we're flexible on exact languages/frameworks).
  • A deep understanding of software design, performance optimization, and testing.
