We are currently seeking an accomplished professional to assume a leadership role in driving global human resources initiatives across our Americas region.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver precise and compliant human resources operations within tight timelines and with high accuracy.
- Closely collaborate with senior HR leaders to create impactful solutions that benefit all regions.
- Develop, implement and maintain robust human resources processes including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives that drive high-performing teams.
- Work closely with business managers on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards- and workforce planning.
- Promote the development of operational processes for day-to-day human resources administration in collaboration with the HRIS team.
- Provide guidance and support to people managers on full spectrum of employee relations issues across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with people managers to support delivery of appropriate training and development programs.
- Foster a trusted partnership between the business and the HR function.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Design new policies and deliver on critical human resources related projects globally.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership, expertise, and support to the organization. Your passion for human resources, combined with your ability to develop and implement effective solutions, makes you an ideal candidate for this position.
