About the Role

As a Strategic Resource Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team has the right skills and capacity to deliver projects on time and within budget. This requires proactive forecasting of future staffing and skill requirements, as well as comprehensive audits of our current workforce to identify areas of under- or over-utilization.

  • You will analyze our sales pipeline, committed projects, and strategic business initiatives to forecast future demand and identify potential skills gaps.
  • Using your analytical skills, you will model 'what-if' scenarios to assess the resource impact of major business events, such as new contract wins or changes in personnel.
  • You will serve as a neutral broker to resolve resource conflicts that arise when multiple projects compete for the same talent.
Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform as the single source of truth for all resource data. You will track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as billable utilization, bench time, and forecast accuracy.

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with Account Managers, Product Managers, Functional Leaders, People Operations, and Finance, facilitating a collaborative approach to staffing and planning.
  • You will lead regular staffing meetings with senior leadership to present data, discuss challenges, and facilitate strategic decisions.
  • You will ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of scheduling updates, allocation changes, and potential resource risks through clear and proactive communication.
