Your main tasks will be:

  • Handling incoming user requests and ensuring a high level of customer support within service level agreement parameters;
  • Managing escalations of complex cases and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them;
  • Collecting and sharing user feedback to improve our products;
  • Contributing to the creation of a knowledge base and documentation for internal processes;
  • Maintaining reporting on key support metrics.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk;
  • Knowledge of SLA processes and customer support metrics;
  • Excellent English proficiency (C1 or higher);
  • Ability to analyze data and provide reports.
