About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Junior Analyst to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation campaigns, strategies, and programs to meet annual demand generation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns, strategies, and programs to meet annual demand generation goals.
  • Manage the implementation of marketing automation systems, ensuring proper use by team members and end users.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of marketing automation systems, including email and campaign setup, lead scoring, list building, and data analysis.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, tools, and techniques to ensure effective use of marketing automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams to understand requirements and create targeted messages that drive conversions.
  • Assess and analyze data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns, test hypotheses, and make recommendations to improve results.
  • Identify areas of improvement within existing marketing automation processes and systems.
  • Integrate marketing automation with other marketing platforms, such as social media and website CMS.
  • Manage vendor relationships to provide ongoing improvements and enhancements to marketing automation capabilities.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing automation or a similar technology-focused position. You should have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets through creative thinking and innovative solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications.
