The IT Business Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between business stakeholders and technologists, facilitating the development of effective solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement systems scope and objectives for complex projects, leveraging expertise to bridge the gap between business leaders and IT teams.
- Provide consultative services to clients, analyzing business processes and recommending solutions grounded in industry best practices.
- Support system change management initiatives from requirements through implementation, contributing valuable insights based on analysis of information.
- Collaborate with business clients to define system functional specifications and deliver exceptional user support.
- Serve as a mentor or advisor to junior analysts, working together to achieve strategic business objectives.
This is an intermediate-level position that requires independence of judgment and autonomy, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements:- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management, and prioritization skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple activities and build strong relationships
- Self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
