About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leveraging data analysis and modeling to drive strategic decision-making and improve operations, customer experiences, and business performance.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for conversion, retention, and engagement improvements. You will lead the analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover strategic insights that drive product innovation and business growth.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and refining advanced predictive models and AI-driven solutions, including machine learning and NLP. Your goal will be to optimize customer journeys, improve demand/supply forecasting, deliver personalized recommendations, and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will design, implement, and interpret A/B tests and multi-variant experiments to evaluate and optimize product and operational initiatives. You will develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making, partnering with data engineering on scalable data infrastructure.

This is a contract position requiring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or related role in fast-moving, data-intensive environments. You should have hands-on expertise in AI, machine learning, and NLP techniques, including model development, tuning, and validation.

A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline is preferred. You must have deep understanding of statistical modeling, ML algorithms, AI frameworks, and experimental design. Passion for leveraging data, AI, and ML to create exceptional customer experiences and measurable business impact is essential.
