About the Role

This position is for a professional who will be responsible for leveraging analytics tools to derive business insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and interpretation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The role requires strong SQL skills and data analytics experience, with a background in SaaS analytics or related roles. Experience with data warehousing concepts and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage analytics tools to derive business insights
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, and deliver analytics solutions for various industries
  • Align business needs with technical capability through IT and business stakeholder engagement
  • Design and build systems using our AI/Machine Learning technology stack
  • Lead client workshops and meetings; contribute to client relations
  • Document best practices to grow the knowledge base
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 7+ years of experience in SaaS analytics or related roles is required. AWS certification or related cloud experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a virtual environment. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven ROI focus are essential. Experience partnering with sales to accelerate pipeline growth is also desired.
