Job Description

This role involves serving as a lead consultant on end-to-end implementations of NetSuite for clients. You will be responsible for providing business process and systems architecture advisory based on your extensive NetSuite and business transformation experience.

You will participate in discovery and requirements gathering workshops, process mapping/reengineering, and future state process design. Additionally, you will advise clients on standard functionality, leading practices for software and industry, and collaborate with technical counterparts to deliver custom solutions.

  • Be proactive and serve as the client's advocate during engagements
  • Participate in project management activities such as status meetings, planning, work breakdown, and change control
  • Support efforts to attract new clients into the firm and with scoping new projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems. They will also have 2-3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, with 5+ full life cycle implementations.

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
