At Contato Gestão De Pessoas, we're on a mission to partner with US software product companies to scale their development footprint in LATAM. We're looking for a skilled Tech Recruiter Inglês Fluente to join our team and help us achieve this goal.
About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Recruiter Inglês Fluente to join our team. As a Tech Recruiter Inglês Fluente, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting top performers to work remotely for American companies and in Brazil. You will work closely with American clients, providing recruitment consultancy, negotiating the candidate's profile and skills, leading the candidate in interview sessions, and structuring and seeking continuous improvement of the stages of the recruitment process, based on metrics analysis.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and select top performers to work remotely for American companies and in Brazil;
- Work closely with American clients, providing recruitment consultancy, negotiating the candidate's profile and skills, leading the candidate in interview sessions;
- Structure and seek continuous improvement of the stages of the recruitment process, based on metrics analysis;
- Keep the candidate pipeline active by maintaining contact and establishing long-term relationships;
- Help develop initiatives to improve business processes such as candidate experience, employer branding, employee experience, and retention;
- Collaborate with the talent attraction team to develop and implement Sourcing and Hunting strategies for software development professionals;
- Find the best of the best software professionals in Brazil;
- Relate directly to customers in the United States (mainly in the Tristate and Texas region);
- Support the Marketing and Sales team with information and insights;
- Work on customer success, including negotiations, follow-ups, and assistance;
- Guide technology leaders and hiring managers through the recruiting and hiring process.
Requirements
- Advanced English communication skills (ability to assess candidates' English level - level B2);
- Analytical skills, with experience in developing and monitoring metrics and indicators;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work within short deadlines;
- Negotiation and influence capacity;
- Flexibility to work with constantly changing scenarios;
