Job Title: Database Administrator

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Data Management professional. As a seasoned administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our database systems, delivering high-quality services, and driving business growth through innovation and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient database architectures and infrastructure.
- Develop and execute comprehensive data management plans to meet business requirements and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of database solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to database performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database administration to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in database administration, preferably with SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of database concepts, including data modeling, normalization, and indexing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) techniques and tools, such as Foglight.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
