Maintain quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores through First Call Resolution and minimal rejected resolutions/reopen cases.

  • Main responsibilities include adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores.
  • Contribute to the creation of proposals for Service Improvement Plans that drive business growth and excellence.
  • Independently resolve tickets and meet agreed-upon SLAs for ticket volume and time.
  • Provide support for on-call escalations/L3 level support and engage in incident and problem management activities.

Required skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as DevOps Reliability Engineer or similar role with strong track record of success.
  • Thorough knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices.
  • Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools, especially Terraform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English language.
