Project Manager

A vital role within a large enterprise is the Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the delivery of B2B eCommerce projects. This position plays a crucial part in fostering lasting relationships with clients who depend on them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish priorities and deadlines to ensure timely project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks at the customer level, develop clear plans to resolve them independently
  • Handle most escalations with the project team independently, ensuring seamless execution
  • Balance between SaaS and customized projects, manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage C-level executives of current and prospective clients
  • Maintain a motivated and engaged team, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the software industry
  • Knowledge of software development life-cycles
  • Proven track record of managing clients and aligning internal teams for software projects
  • Relevant PM certification (Prince2 Practitioner, CAPM, IPMA D) or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
