We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Adoption Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment of IT infrastructure adoption kits, working closely with stakeholders to understand user impact, project requirements, and timelines. They will also manage and coordinate the deployment and distribution of these kits within their zone.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a global team environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Systems, Change Management, Communications, or a related field, and at least 2-5 years of experience in IT or change management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the development of wireframe concepts and working alongside EUR / Group Zone Adoption in UX phases.
- Developing training materials in addition to the Group Adoption kits to ensure adoption of services is complete for end-users.
- Collaborating with local management to ensure stakeholders are included and delivering emergency communication when necessary.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Systems, Change Management, Communications, or related field required.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of IT or Change Management related experience required.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with a global diverse team distributed in different sites, countries, languages, time zones, and cultures.
- 2-5 years of experience following, managing, and communicating the Microsoft 365 product suite.
