Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project outcomes meet customer expectations, schedules are met, and budgets are controlled.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report on assigned projects to control outcome, customer satisfaction, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate consulting resources to complete projects in the most efficient and profitable manner according to our Project Framework.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure timely and accurate status updates, issue management, risk identification, and action planning.
  • Support consultants to ensure adherence to our Project Framework, processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Engage with Sales and Consultants to plan internal and external project delivery, including bid reviews, project meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work with customers and consultants to develop project schedules and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services or IT consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, etc.
  • Professional Services or IT Consulting, Management experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field.
  • Industry-body affiliations.
  • Technical certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation level certifications.
  • P3O certifications.
