We are seeking a diligent Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team.

This junior-level position will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager to support various marketing activities, drive brand awareness, and business growth.

The Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in researching and engaging potential leads, coordinating campaigns, and contributing to projects that support business development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and profiling potential companies and decision-makers using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn
  • Maintaining lead databases and managing CRM records for effective lead tracking and engagement
  • Compiling and analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conducting research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to support marketing strategies
  • Helping plan and coordinate global events, webinars, and marketing activities to engage prospects and clients

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills (written and verbal), excellent research and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage, but not required.
