We are seeking a skilled Research Scientist - Analytical Development to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical laboratory environment and instrumental techniques. They will be responsible for delivering analytical projects, leading the execution of project deliverables, and ensuring proper stakeholders are involved.

The Research Scientist - Analytical Development will participate in the analytical strategy definition, execute method development, validation, and transfer to the quality control laboratory. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting, solving lab investigations, and material characterization.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have strong written and oral communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or equivalent field.
  • Strong background/experience in analytical laboratory environment and instrumental techniques (HPLC, UPLC, GC).
  • High expertise on method validation and method transfer execution.
  • Deep knowledge about regulations and guidelines related to method development & validation for drug products, drug substance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
