What We're Looking For

  • Develop, document, and implement information security policies and procedures.
  • Participate actively in incident management, acting as a focal point and support for internal and external audits, and collaborate on creating action plans.
  • Implement security controls based on frameworks and standards, risk management, and compliance.
  • Support the Privacy team with technical measures to ensure compliance with data protection laws, adjusting processes as needed.
  • Develop work instructions and guides for technology and business teams.
  • Create and maintain a security awareness training program.
  • Interface with business areas to identify improvements and opportunities for the security awareness program.
  • Identify and evaluate security risks, ensuring visibility on risks and progress on remediation.
  • Develop and implement security controls and processes to continuously improve services.
  • Develop and maintain reports and indicators - tactical and operational.
  • Support in evaluating and applying existing controls to new projects and in contracting suppliers, ensuring compliance with required standards.
  • Design and validate strategies for evaluation and adherence to policies and standards, among other activities.
  • Perform business continuity management processes, such as BIA (Business Impact Analysis), exercises, etc.
