As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for implementing quality, range, and freshness standards to attract customers and achieve set sales targets.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in store strategy development and implementation, commercial performance management, merchandise and stock management, and human capital responsibilities.
- Monitor and report competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage.
- Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers to enforce the image of discount inside the section.
- Develop and implement a competitive assortment offer.
- Stay informed about competition activities in the store's catchment area and take necessary measures.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, customer service orientation, and time management skills.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Commerce or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in Retail Business
• 1+ year in an operations supervisory role
