Vice President of Institutional Partnerships

Our vision for this position is to secure major gifts from individual, corporate, and foundational donors through a metrics-driven approach. We are looking for a seasoned leader with a passion for education and advancement to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with a diverse range of donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising and Development: Lead and manage all aspects of fundraising initiatives, focusing on securing major gifts.
- Donor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, ensuring a sustainable and growing base of support.
- Global Network Expansion: Leverage an extensive global network of prospective donors, with a special emphasis on the Middle East, North America, and Europe.
- Strategic Leadership: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, working with senior staff, deans, department heads, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Management: Lead and grow a team of fundraising and advancement professionals.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 or more years of experience in Advancement: A history of successful work experience leading university advancement departments.
- Bi-Regional Expertise: Experience working in both the Middle East and the United States in the field of advancement.
- Proven Leadership Abilities: A track record of effective leadership in previous roles.
- Educational Background: A minimum of a PhD or other earned doctorate degree in any field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ethical Standards and Integrity: Adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards.
