Job Title:

Vice President of Advancement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Fundraising: Develop and lead comprehensive fundraising initiatives, securing significant contributions from individual, corporate, and foundational donors.
  • Donor Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with a diverse range of donors, fostering a sustainable and growing base of support.
  • Global Outreach: Leverage extensive global networks to identify and secure funding opportunities for the institution's advancement goals.
  • Leadership and Management: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, guiding teams towards achieving fundraising objectives and promoting a culture of philanthropy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Advancement, including significant fundraising campaigns and donor relationship management.
  • Bi-regional expertise in the Middle East and the United States, with knowledge of Arabic advantageous.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including guiding teams towards achieving fundraising goals and fostering a culture of philanthropy within an organization.
  • Educational background: PhD or other earned doctorate degree in any field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards.
