Planning Coordinator

SBM Offshore is a leading technology provider in the offshore energy industry, committed to a responsible energy transition. Role Purpose:

As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring project schedules, ensuring timely completion. You will also serve as a connector between all disciplines and activities, reporting to the Project Controls Manager or Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather actual progress data from disciplines and databases
2. Consolidate and check consistency of actual data
3. Challenge project stakeholders involved in planning and progress measurement activities
4. Update and maintain the schedule using planning tools
5. Determine schedule impact of changes as part of the management of change process
6. Issue internal reporting and progress measurement

Requirements:

• Approx. 5 years of planning experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
• Developed knowledge of Primavera software
• Strong customer relationship building and customer-centric solution delivery
• Ability to make sense of complex information and effectively solve issues
• Good communication, planning, and organizational skills
