Planning Coordinator

Our Role.

We're seeking a skilled Planner to join our team. As a Planner, you'll be responsible for establishing and monitoring project schedules, ensuring timely completion, and serving as a connector between all disciplines and activities. You'll report directly to the Project Controls Manager or Planning Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities.

In this role, you'll:

• Gather actual progress data from disciplines and databases
• Consolidate and check consistency of actual data
• Challenge project stakeholders involved in planning and progress measurement activities
• Update and maintain the schedule using planning tools
• Determine schedule impact of changes as part of the management of change process
• Issue internal reporting and progress measurement

Requirements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Approximately 5 years of planning experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Developed knowledge of Primavera software
• Fluent English language skills
