MEP Project Lead
As a seasoned and accomplished Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch engineering solutions for high-profile projects in the UAE.
This is an on-site opportunity that requires relocation to the UAE. We hold interviews in various cities worldwide.

This Project Lead position offers ownership of engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with project timelines. You will work on groundbreaking projects while advancing your technical expertise.
You will report to the Technical Manager and oversee Technical Engineers in delivering high-quality MEP solutions. Your team collaborates across design, procurement, and site operations for seamless project execution.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with project specs, codes, and regulations;
- Overseeing material submittals, procurement, and long-lead item management;
- Coordinating designs with drafting teams and offshore resources;
- Leading on-site supervision, ensuring quality, safety, and progress;
- Collaborating with subcontractors and supporting testing/commissioning phases.
We seek candidates with 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering/project execution, knowledge of local & international codes, BIM 360, Revit, and a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
