Senior Process Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and design, with a focus on air separation plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze costs and benefits of various process solutions and select the most efficient design cases for the system and equipment.
  • Perform process simulations and calculations, write process specifications, and provide accurate data to support compressors, air chillers, adsorption systems, distillation columns, and other equipment components.
  • Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Heat and Material Balances (HMB).
  • Participate in Plant Design & Engineering, HazOp studies, plant commissioning and start-up, technical risk analysis, safety and environmental assessments, ASU troubleshooting and investigations.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, with experience in the Cryogenic Air Separation and/or Non-Cryogenic Adsorption Air Separation industry.
  • Previous experience in developing PFDs and HMB, with knowledge of process equipment, line sizing, material selection, and utility requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time opportunity, requiring up to 20% travel.
