At our organization, we are on the lookout for a seasoned 3PL Logistics Operations Manager to spearhead our capacity optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective KPI model that incentivizes partners to achieve platform capacity attendance targets, ensuring seamless customer delivery experiences.
This role requires a professional with extensive experience in capacity operations, marketplace balance, or 3PL performance models. A data-driven strategist proficient in analytical tools such as SQL and BI is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate proactive ownership in dynamic work environments and possess fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement a 3PL capacity attendance KPI model to incentivize partners
- Analyze and monitor partners' performance in capacity attendance and optimize the KPI model
- Extensive experience in capacity operation, marketplace balance, or 3PL performance models
