About the Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills and gain experience in a fast-paced technology environment.

As a Technology and Project Management Intern, you will provide essential support to our CTO in managing daily activities and projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CTO's schedule runs smoothly, Jira project management remains up-to-date, and all communication with internal and external stakeholders is aligned.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have excellent communication and writing skills. They will also be proactive and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with time management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the CTO in managing project activities, organizing tasks, and facilitating communication across teams.
  • Keep Jira updated to track task progress and project milestones.
  • Manage the CTO's schedule, ensuring commitments are organized for effective time management.
  • Draft and review meeting minutes, tracking action items to keep teams aligned.
  • Aid in coordinating team activities, tracking timelines, resources, and project priorities.
  • Prepare and monitor KPI reports for the Technology department, analyzing metrics to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in project management, technology, or a related field.
  • Interest in project management with an ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Jira and a willingness to learn agile methodologies.
  • Clear communication and writing skills for detailed meeting documentation.
  • Proactive and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with time management.
