Job Title: Property Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Property Acquisition Coordinator. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with executive leadership to support the acquisition process, from initial stages to closing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze market trends, conduct financial assessments, and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and industry partners.

You will be responsible for managing deal documentation, coordinating with external parties, and ensuring timely and efficient closings. Additionally, you will oversee construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and site management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets and regulations, including knowledge of tax laws, zoning ordinances, and other relevant policies.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
