Real Estate Investment Opportunities

A dynamic and fast-paced investment team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support their acquisitions, development, and operations efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with underwriting and analysis of real estate deals by analyzing financial statements, conducting site visits, and researching market trends.
  • Draft and submit letters of intent (LOIs), manage deal documents, and track approvals in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate due diligence and support loan document submissions by reviewing contracts, conducting risk assessments, and verifying compliance.
  • Help manage closing processes and transaction timelines by tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Track construction budgets, milestones, and timelines by monitoring expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing process improvements.
  • Manage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communications by negotiating contracts, evaluating proposals, and fostering relationships.
  • Support site oversight and execution of development tasks by conducting site visits, monitoring progress, and providing technical assistance.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and track expenses by reconciling accounts, analyzing financial reports, and implementing budgeting tools.
  • Prepare budget summaries and support investor reporting by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and presenting findings.
  • Organize financial data and maintain clear reporting systems by designing dashboards, developing reports, and streamlining workflows.
  • Provide direct support to leadership by managing meetings, tasks, and deadlines; tracking progress on key projects; and following up on deliverables.
  • Conduct research and assist with ad hoc operational needs by gathering information, analyzing data, and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain systems for document management, communication, and project execution by implementing best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination, with a focus on analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of construction budgeting, deal analysis, and closing processes, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to real-world situations.
  • Solid experience with bookkeeping, reporting, and financial organization, including financial software and accounting principles.
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong time management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with execution, able to support executive leadership directly and provide informed recommendations.
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets, including residential, commercial, and self-storage properties.
  • Fluent in English and experienced with U.S. real estate timelines and documentation, including leases, permits, and financials.
  • Must have hands-on experience with real estate due diligence, including property valuations, title searches, and environmental assessments.
