Job Description:

  • ">
  • Auxiliary in the preparation of menu items (hygiene and food cutting);">
  • Assistance in controlling/planning items used on the menu;">
  • Setting up and distributing/coffee breaks service;">
  • Collecting and identifying food samples. Checking equipment and food temperatures;">
  • Carrying food from the preparation area to supply refrigerators and ovens;">
  • Removing food from refrigerators and ovens to supply hot counters;">
  • Removing perishable products from original packaging to perform pre-preparation and food preparation activities;">
  • Assisting in obtaining standardization of preparations together with 1/2 Officers and Cooks, through the use of standard recipes;">
  • Performing sanitation services in internal and external areas of the restaurant;">
  • Cleaning daily equipment and utensils;">
  • Operating waste composters;">
  • Participating in work developed in internal teams' philosophy and safety work;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Experience in Industrial/Cooking Restaurant (preferably);">
  • Have a Fundamental Education;">
  • Availability of time to work in shifts/weekends;">
  • Availability to work in Joinville;">
