Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Business Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting visits for business prospecting and consultative service, through in-person or online meetings and participation in local events, to attract new members, improve engagement, and retain the existing member base.

The ideal candidate will serve members and the economic group of Low and Medium Complexity, implement prospecting strategies in collaboration with the Service Post team, develop strategies to boost sales, increase product and service portfolios, identify new opportunities, and analyze proposals to achieve sustainable results and expand membership.

You will also promote and encourage institutional programs, visit entities, prospect, strengthen relationships, showcase the portfolio of products and services, and foster member business. Additionally, you will manage the PJ portfolio and economic group, conducting interviews, offering business solutions, education, and guidance based on member needs, and recording activities in the current management tool, aiming to strengthen relationships, improve engagement, and pursue key goals.

Responsibilities and duties
