As a Quality Manager, you will lead quality teams to ensure product excellence and drive improvement. You will foster a mindset that enhances customer satisfaction and implement programs aligned with global policy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of quality professionals and develop their skills.
- Improve shop floor quality through technology and regional policies.
- Identify opportunities for quality improvement.
- Oversee projects and share best practices.
- Manage change processes relevant to the job function.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related fields.
- OR Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields, with post-graduate studies in Food-related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of quality-related experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong project management skills and experience with project management techniques.
- Good understanding of onsite processes.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, complaint, issue, and crisis management.
- Good understanding of manufacturing technologies and product characteristics.
- Solid knowledge of main IT systems.
- Good understanding of Food Safety and Quality Systems.
