Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Team Manager.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of food and fragrances, ensuring product quality and driving quality improvement at the site level.

  • Lead a local quality team and manage talents to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and improve shop floor quality and technology by implementing regional global policy and managing Vendor and Customer Quality programs aligned with global regional policy.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for local QC/QM improvement to enhance overall quality performance.
  • Oversee local/regional projects and enable knowledge/best practices sharing to promote excellence.
  • Manage change processes relevant to job function driven by global policy to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality strategies and initiatives to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance overall business performance.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance, leading to increased productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science or related field with post-graduate studies in Food-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a function-related role, with at least 2 years in an equivalent position.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Good project management skills and utilization of project management techniques.
  • Solid understanding of on-site QIC, FC&A, and Ops processes.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and product characteristics.
  • Broad knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Systems (FSSC, AIB, ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP).
