At a global online retailer, we're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our 3P area. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services meets predefined standards.
You will develop, execute, and oversee quality management plans, collaborate with various departments, and identify potential quality issues. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help you collect and analyze quality data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure product and service quality aligns with company standards.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure published products meet quality requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional quality improvement projects to drive process optimization.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and relevant work experience in e-commerce marketplace business.
