Backend Development Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our backend systems development team. This individual will design, develop, and maintain complex systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL.
Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable and sustainable backend systems;
- Work on defining architecture and implementing microservices-based solutions;
- Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality development practices;
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team;
- Participate in strategic decision-making and contribute to technical discussions;
- Fix bugs, optimize code, and perform database tuning;
- Write technical documentation and participate in code reviews;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on internal and customer projects;
- Experience in software development and leadership;
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle PL/SQL;
- Knowledge of microservices-based architecture and containerization;
- Ability to analyze complex problems and suggest efficient solutions;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
