The role of Operations Coordinator, eCommerce is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution and communication within a dedicated team. This position is responsible for overseeing task flow, enforcing timelines, coordinating deliverables across departments, and keeping the team aligned with brand goals and deadlines.
This individual acts as the glue that holds the team together, driving accountability, eliminating bottlenecks, and optimizing internal processes to improve execution speed and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:- Task & Project Coordination: Manage project management systems, ensure all assigned tasks are clearly documented, prioritized, and completed on time.
- Track deliverables across departments and maintain visibility across team bandwidth.
- Lead internal task check-ins to assess progress, blockers, and next steps.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with other Operations Coordinators to share best practices and ensure consistency.
- Meeting & Reporting Support: Prepare weekly internal team sync agendas and facilitate meetings.
- Assist with meeting recaps, action items, and follow-ups.
- Strategic Brand Manager – to align team execution with brand strategy.
- Advertising, Creative, and Catalog Teams – to track progress and deadlines.
- Reporting & Compliance Specialists – to coordinate shared deliverables.
