Job Title: Business Continuity Specialist Job Description:Our organization is seeking a skilled Business Continuity Specialist to lead the development and implementation of our business continuity management program. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the resilience of our operations and ability to recover from disruptions. Your Responsibilities:• Work with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive business continuity plan that addresses emergency response management and business recovery strategies.• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential business interruptions and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.• Develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of natural disasters or cybersecurity incidents.• Identify and implement recovery operations and methods to ensure business continuity even in the face of infrastructure damage or destruction.• Create and facilitate practice drills for plan execution and provide training to staff on risk assessment and disaster recovery procedures.• Support the execution of plans during crisis events and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth recovery process. Required Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on business continuity and risk management.• Strong knowledge of security and risk frameworks, as well as experience working with national and international standards.• Hold recognized certifications such as ISO 22301, BS 11200:2014, COBIT5, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, and ITIL.• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple tasks and projects of varying scope and scale.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Benefits:Our organization offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Why Join Us:We are a forward-thinking organization committed to innovation and excellence.
