Operational Support Specialist - Logistics Process

This role delivers operational efficiency and accuracy in logistics processes, with a focus on ocean and air freight.

  • Support and monitor air and ocean freight shipments: Serve as a backup to ensure continuity and accuracy in daily operations, including documentation and process flows.
  • Assist with intermodal processes for key accounts: Coordinate and support intermodal shipments, ensuring smooth communication and execution across modes.
  • Ensure quality in documentation and process accuracy: Maintain organized records, support data entry, and monitor workflow efficiency.
