Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a Network Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and maintenance for our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing local area networks (wired/wireless) and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments. They should be proficient in Stack v4/v6 and have experience supporting networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing operation, configuration, and support activities for services components of the Network LAN/Wan, Wlan Cisco /Meraki, Cisco Manager, Riverbed, Firewalls Palo Alto/Scripts Cisco Routers, HP Routers/Switches, Contracting Party's Citrix Systems platform, including XenApp and XenDesktop platforms, Netscaler computers, And all components of the Citrix Systems platform that are installed during the term of the agreement:
  • Supporting virtual desktops on Hyper-V and Moonshot HPE, ESX - VMWare
  • Supporting virtual applications
  • Supporting virtual servers
  • Configuring Load Balancer with Advanced Monitoring (Netscaler)
  • Configuring Reverse Proxy (Netscaler)
  • Implementing Web Application Firewall
