Bookkeeper/Office Assistant Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to fill this part-time position. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Assist with office administration, including answering phone calls and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the office.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google Ads and other Google products.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.

Work Arrangement:

This is a remote part-time position, requiring 15-30 hours per week. We require a dedicated workspace with reliable internet access and a computer with the necessary software installed.

Languages:

Fluency in English is required.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
