We are seeking an exceptional lawyer to fill the position of Corporate Counsel, supporting Amazon Web Services in Latin America.
As a key member of our legal team, you will work closely with the AWS Sales and Marketing teams to negotiate and draft strategic enterprise agreements and technology licensing agreements. You will also advise on regulatory and compliance issues, assist with marketing initiatives, and participate in other Amazon Web Services legal projects.
Job Requirements- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, or cloud computing services.
- Transactional and technology licensing experience.
- In-house experience at a technology or internet company.
You must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard, and being continually challenged. You should demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. Ability to work independently while contributing successfully to cross-functional teams.
Key Qualifications- Strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented approach to addressing issues.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines.
The role includes participating in other Amazon Web Services legal projects, including managing legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
