Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing professional to lead our growth efforts in the Latin American market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and build brand awareness.

This is a challenging role that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, General Management, and Global Marketing.

  • Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute various marketing events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify target accounts and develop joint sales and marketing plans.
  • Work with the Global Marketing team to localize global campaigns and adapt them to the specific needs of the Latin American market.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a strong emphasis on field marketing or event marketing.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing events.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and sales engagement tools.
