Marketing Director Ostomy & Continence Care Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts for Ostomy & Continence Care in Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and improves patient outcomes.

Job Purpose and Summary

As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the entire Latin-American region, focusing on Ostomy Care and Continence Care. Your goal will be to enhance the organization's competitive position through market penetration, product positioning, and pricing strategies. You will also ensure alignment with the company's overall mission, vision, and objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Ostomy Care and Continence Care in Latin America.
  • Lead the marketing team to achieve established sales and profit goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
  • Liaise with senior executives to integrate marketing strategies with other parts of the business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing, a deep understanding of the medical devices business in LATAM, and excellent leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive progressive marketing generalist experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Medical Devices business in LATAM region.
  • Trilingual (English – Portuguese – Spanish).
  • Ability to engage with executive and Sr leadership.
  • Strong business and P&L acumen.
