  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve established sales and profit goals.
  • Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and define engagement methods; estimate spend necessary for building or continuing relationships.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement across Latin America.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and address evolving market needs.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, industry associations, and influencers to expand market reach and brand credibility.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI and support strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, integrating new marketing technologies and approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyze data to identify key pain points across customer and patient journeys, driving actionable growth strategies.
