Job Overview

The Ostomy Care Marketing Director is a leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Latin-American region.

This includes market penetration, product positioning, pricing strategies, and innovation to enhance the organization's competitive position. Ensure alignment with the overall mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic messages and concepts for the sales force and market, tailoring them to regional and country-specific needs.
  • Lead the marketing team, providing direction and focus on market demands in each region/country, and ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Emphasize digital marketing, customer insights, partnership development, budget management, and innovation to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive progressive marketing experience in environments that value excellence and drive high standards.
  • Deep understanding of the Medical Devices business in LATAM region, preferably in Ostomy Care, Critical Care, and Infusion Devices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Trilingual (English – Portuguese – Spanish).
  • Enthusiastic with planning and executing challenging projects and business plans.
  • Capability to engage with executive and Sr leadership.
  • Able to lead teams and lead by example.
  • Strong business and P&L acumen.
  • Depth of understanding of business dynamics and ability to influence and challenge at executive and senior levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, often with conflicting demands/timelines.
  • Execution oriented with strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills balanced with strong emotional intelligence.
