We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our efforts in shaping the future of financial solutions across Latin America. As a Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in aligning innovative product solutions with client needs, ensuring market relevance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your strategic communication and analytical skills will be instrumental in driving our success in the region. You will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in product management and the payments industry to drive market and product expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercialization strategies for digital platforms across Latin America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital banking initiatives and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with LATAM regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital banking or related fields.
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the LATAM regulatory environment.
  • Strong relationship skills to connect with multi-disciplinary teams across the region.
  • Strong product management skills.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of treasury automation processes, host-to-host connectivity solutions, client ERP systems, metrics, and analytics. A postgraduate degree is also an advantage.
