Job Title:
Senior Benefits Analyst for Latin America
We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to support our HR services in Latin America. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of benefits systems, processes, and regulations across Latin America, as well as the ability to navigate complex data and drive process improvements.
About the Role:
- This position is responsible for executing all HR services and processing queries up to Tier 2, as well as assisting with Tier 3 queries and special projects.
- You will leverage your process knowledge to guide employees through lifecycle changes, customizing solutions to fit individual needs.
- In addition, you will utilize your expertise to resolve complex issues, often acting as a team lead or resource to others.
- Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends and initiating process improvements with your manager or the HRSS Project and Services Team.
- You will also support full region and global processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
- Solid knowledge and ability in negotiation.
- Experience in inclusion, exclusion, and management of benefits.
- Knowledge of benefits countries Latin America.
- Strong skills in analysis and best market practices for the implementation of new benefits for Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
